Preparation

  1. In a pot, sweat chopped onions, celery and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.
  2. Add water, potatoes, chicken stock, turmeric, salt and pepper. 
  3. Bring to a boil and add chickpeas and caulifower. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. 
  4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
