Green beans bundles with prociutto and herbs creamy sauce

Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) Sour cream
1⁄4 cup of dijon mustard
2 lemons, grated zest
6 tbsp (12g) finely chopped tarragon
Salt & Pepper from the mill
1⁄2 bag (500g)
Arctic Gardens Extra Fine Whole Green Beans
20 slices (240g) Prosciutto, thinly sliced
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, zest & tarragon. Season with salt & pepper to taste and set aside.
3. Assemble bundles by taking 10-12 whole Frozen Green Beans and wrap 1 slice of prociutto around.
4. Place bundles on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Serve with the creamy tarragon sauce.
