Asian Stir-Fry with Orange and Ginger

Ingredients
5 mL (1 tsp.) vegetable oil
10 mL (2 tsp.) fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
640 g (1 bag) Arctic Gardens A sian Style Blend
80 mL (1/3 cup) orange juice
Preparation
- In a skillet, heat oil over high heat. Sauté ginger for 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
- Add contents of Arctic Gardens bag and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add orange juice, stir and cover.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring a few times.
- Topping suggestions: crushed cashews, fresh cilantro (or basil), hot sauce.
