Autumn Leek and Bean Soup

Ingredients
First group:
- 150 ml of Canola oil
- 70 ml of chopped garlic
- 400 g of Arctic Gardens Diced Onions
- 1,6 kg of Arctic Gardens Diced Leeks
Second group:
- 600 ml of chicken broth
- 10 L of water
- 500 g of pearl barley, rinsed in cold water
Third group:
- 2 X 2,84 L of diced tomatoes
- 800 ml of condensed tomato soup
- 1,5 X 2,84 L of Arctic Gardens 6 Bean Salad , drained and rinsed
- 15 ml of dried basil
- 25 ml of ground cumin
- 2 ml of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
- Heat oil and sauté first group of ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add all ingredients from the second group and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes and add ingredients from the third group.
- Continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve.
