Basmati rice with lentils

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 g) Uncooked basmati rice
- Five 540mL can Arctic Gardens Lentils
- 1½ cups (250 g) Raisins
- 1 cup (50 g) Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Cook basmati rice according to instructions on package. Set aside.
- Drain lentils and rinse well.
- Cook lentils in a large pot, then add cooked rice and raisins.
- Garnish with chopped parsley when ready to serve.
