Bean, Tuna and Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 heads of Romaine lettuce
- 2 english cucumber
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1,5 kg of Arctic Gardens Six Bean Salad
- 500 g of Arctic Gardens Whole Kernel Corn
- 500 g pale tuna in oil
- 375 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 125 ml of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Rinse and dry the lettuce, then chop.
- Peel and chop the cucumber.
- Drain the tuna.
- Rince and drain the vegetables.
- Mix all the ingredients together, season and make the salads immediately.
