Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Arctic Gardens Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 2 medium eggs
- ⅔ cup of sugar
- ¼ cup of Canola vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- ¼ cup of apple sauce, unsweetened
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- ¾ cup of flour
- 4 tbsp of Graham cracker crumbs
This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Black Beans 24 x 540ml or with Arctic Gardens Dark Red Kidney Beans, available in 6 x 2.84L or 24 x 540ml .
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grind the black beans in a food processor.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the beans, oil, vanilla, and apple sauce while alternating with the cocoa, flour, and Graham cracker crumbs. Pour the mixture into a 9” x 9” greased pan.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
