Breakfast poutine with old-fashioned beans

Ingredients
3.75 kg French fries
1 kg maple breakfast sausage, cooked and cut into pieces
250g pre-cooked bacon (2 slices per serving)
35 eggs
1 can (2.84L)
Arctic Gardens Beans with pork in molasses - Old Fashioned
1.5L poutine sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) maple syrup
1.5 kg cheese curds
green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
1. Cook fries according to supplier's instructions.
2. Cook sausages, slice and set aside.
3. Reheat bacon until crisp. Cut into small pieces and set aside.
3. Prepare scrambled eggs, set aside.
4. Reheat baked beans in pot or microwave.
5. Heat poutine sauce in pot, bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Add maple syrup and mix well.
6. Serve one portion of fries, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tbsp sausage, 2 tbsp bacon bits, 1/4 cup scrambled eggs and 1/2 cup baked beans. Pour 1/4 cup poutine sauce over each portion and sprinkle with green onions.
