Chopped salad with grilled vegetables

Ingredients
2 bags (2 kg) Arctic Gardens grilled zucchini
1 1/4 bags (1.25 kg)
Arctic Gardens roasted red and yellow peppers
12 cups (625g) romaine lettuce
12 cups (250g) arugula
4 cups (625g) cherry tomatoes
5 balls (625g) fresh mozzarella cheese
25 slices (approx.150g) prosciutto
50 slices (approx. 150g) salami
50 slices (approx.150g) coppa
1 cup (250 mL) fresh basil
1 cup (250 mL) Italian dressing
Preparation
1. Preheat combi oven to 400°F (200°C) 100% humidity
2. Bake peppers and zucchini for 8-10 minutes, then chill in refrigerator.
3. Chop all ingredients and season with Italian dressing.
4. Serve as a salad or as a wrap in a tortilla.
