Ingredients

  • 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Shelled Edamame Beans
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Canola oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Thai basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Ginger, grated
  • 4 tbsp (20 ml) Chili pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp (5 ml) Salt

Preparation

  1. Blanch or steam the edamame beans for 1 minute.
  2. In a pan, sauté the edamame beans, garlic, basil, ginger, and chili pepper flakes.
  3. Cook at medium heat for 4 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
