Edamame Sautéed with Thai Basil

Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Shelled Edamame Beans
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Canola oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Thai basil, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Ginger, grated
- 4 tbsp (20 ml) Chili pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp (5 ml) Salt
Preparation
- Blanch or steam the edamame beans for 1 minute.
- In a pan, sauté the edamame beans, garlic, basil, ginger, and chili pepper flakes.
- Cook at medium heat for 4 minutes. Add salt and mix well.
