Ingredients

  • 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Mixed Vegetables (5)
  • 6 cups (1 kg) Arctic Gardens Diced Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Butter, unsalted
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Onions, chopped
  • 1 cup (250 ml) All-purpose flour
  • 24 cups (6 liters) 2% milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Extra lean cooked ham, julienned
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Curry powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Garlic powder

This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Mixed Vegetables (5) 2 x 4,55 kg .

Preparation

  1.  In a large pot, melt butter.
  2.  Add onion, potatoes, and ham. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3.  In a large bowl, add the flour and incorporate the cold milk a little at a time.
  4.  To this mixture, add the onions, potatoes, and ham. Stir well.
  5.  Add the 5-vegetable mix to the pot.
  6.  Bring to a low boil.
  7.  Add the remaining ingredients.
  8.  Continue simmering for 10 minutes.
