Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions, diced
  • 5 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 300 g of feta cheese, cubed
  • 2,84 L (100 oz) Arctic Gardens Black Turtle Beans , drained and rinsed
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 25 ml of lemon juice
  • 150 ml of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Oregano, dried
  • 2 ml of salt
  • 1 ml of pepper

This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Black Beans 24 x 540ml .

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix onions, tomato, cheese, black beans, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Garnish with cheese and parsley.
