Green Beans & Shrimp Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
15-20 cloves of garlic, minced
2 ½ bag of
1kg Arctic Gardens Extra Fine Green Beans
Salt and hot pepper flakes to taste
1 kg (2 lbs) Nordic shrimps
3750ml (15 cups) Dry penne pasta
2800 ml (11¼ cups) boiling water
5 containers ( (8-10 cups) of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
400 ml (1 2/3 cups) fresh dill chopped
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sauté garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Add green beans, salt and hot pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and penne and cook for 2 minutes more, stirring.
4. Pour 11 ¼ cups boiling water into the pan, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Add the cherry tomatoes and continue cooking until the pasta is done
6. Add dill, adjust seasoning and serve.
