Grilled Vegetable Ciabatta

Ingredients
- 25 ciabatta rolls
- 250 ml of black olive pesto
- 50 slices of Bonduelle Grilled Red and Yellow Peppers
- 25 slices of Bonduelle Grilled Eggplant
- 50 slices of Bonduelle Grilled Zucchini
- 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 25 slices of provolone, sliced
- To taste: salt and black pepper
This recipe can also be done with the Bonduelle Grilled Trio .
Preparation
- Cut the ciabatta in half lengthwise.
- Spread a bit of the olive pesto on the bottom halves.
- Season and lightly oil the grilled vegetables, then garnish ciabatta with vegetable slices.
- Top with sliced provolone.
