Grilled Vegetable Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- 30 g (1 oz) of Arctic Gardens Grilled Red and Yellow Peppers , julienned
- 30 g (1 oz) of Arctic Gardens Grilled Zucchini , julienned
- 30 g (1 oz) of Arctic Gardens Grilled Eggplant , julienned
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil*
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) of dried rosemary
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) of dried oregano
- 1 ml (¼ tsp) of dried basil
- 1 g (¼ tsp) of garlic, chopped
- 1 flat bread
- 55 ml (¼ cup) of pizza sauce
- 55 g (2 oz) of mozzarella cheese, grated
*Olive oil can be replaced by canola oil
Preparation
- Place thawed grilled vegetables on a baking sheet. Baste with olive oil*. Add spices and garlic. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 2 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce onto flatbread, sprinkle with cheese and arrange grilled vegetables on top.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 6 minutes.
Note: Grilled vegetables can be prepared for 22 servings. In this case, two 1-kg bags of thawed grilled vegetables is recommended.
