*Olive oil can be replaced by canola oil

Preparation

  1. Place thawed grilled vegetables on a baking sheet. Baste with olive oil*. Add spices and garlic. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 2 minutes.
  2. Spread pizza sauce onto flatbread, sprinkle with cheese and arrange grilled vegetables on top.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 6 minutes.

Note: Grilled vegetables can be prepared for 22 servings. In this case, two 1-kg bags of thawed grilled vegetables is recommended.
