Ingredients

  • 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Medium Sliced Carrots
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Liquid honey
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground black pepper

This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Minute Sliced Carrots Duo or with Eco-V Sliced Carrots .

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. In a roasting pan, place the frozen carrots and add the other ingredients. Mix together well and bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
