Ingredients

ROSÉ SAUCE

  • 6 cups (1,5 L) Commercial tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 15% cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dried basil
  • 6 tbsp (90 ml) Parmesan cheese, grated

This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Cut Broccoli 6 x 2 kg or Arctic Gardens Cut Broccoli 9 x 1 kg or Arctic Gardens Micro Broccoli Florets 1 x 10kg .

Preparation

  1. In a pot, add tomato sauce, cream, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat, add parmesan cheese, and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Cook the linguini in the boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain, add olive oil, mix, set aside and keep warm.
  4. Boil or steam the vegetables for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. Add the vegetables and rosé sauce to the linguini.
  6. Serve immediately.
