Linguini Primavera with Rosé Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 kg) of Arctic Gardens Italian Mix
- 8 cups (2 kg) Linguini, uncooked
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Olive oil
ROSÉ SAUCE
- 6 cups (1,5 L) Commercial tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 15% cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dried basil
- 6 tbsp (90 ml) Parmesan cheese, grated
This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Cut Broccoli 6 x 2 kg or Arctic Gardens Cut Broccoli 9 x 1 kg or Arctic Gardens Micro Broccoli Florets 1 x 10kg .
Preparation
- In a pot, add tomato sauce, cream, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat, add parmesan cheese, and mix well. Set aside.
- Cook the linguini in the boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain, add olive oil, mix, set aside and keep warm.
- Boil or steam the vegetables for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Add the vegetables and rosé sauce to the linguini.
- Serve immediately.
