This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Black Beans 2.84L and Arctic Gardens Navy Beans 2.84L .

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together beans, onions, peppers, corn, and cilantro.
  2. In another bowl, dilute mustard with wine vinegar. Slowly add oil a little at a time while whisking. Add cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour salad dressing onto salad. Toss well.
  4. Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve.
