Oven-Baked Corn with Lime Butter, Cumin and Cilantro

Ingredients
94 pieces Arctic Gardens Corn on the Cob
Flavoured butter
1 lb (454 g) creamed butter
5 tbsp (75 ml) finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp (15 ml) ground cumin
3 tbsp (4 ml) lime juice
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
2. In a bowl, mix together all the flavoured butter ingredients until consistency is smooth and uniform. Roll the butter in plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge.
3. Place the cobs of corn onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
4. Onto the hot cobs of corn, spread discs of flavoured butter (5 ml or 1 tsp). Serve immediately.
