Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Brussels Sprouts
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive oil
- 2 cups (500 ml) Pancetta, chopped in small cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) Onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, finely chopped
Preparation
- Boil or steam the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the pancetta for 2 minutes.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the warm Brussel sprouts, mix together all of the ingredients and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
