Pan-Fried Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive oil
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Pancetta, chopped in small cubes
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Boil or steam the Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the pancetta for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the warm Brussel sprouts, mix together all of the ingredients and cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
