Peas and Pancetta

Ingredients
- 2 kg of Arctic Gardens Assorted Peas
- 250 g of Arctic Gardens Diced Onions
- 250 g of Pancetta, julienned
- 180 ml of Extra virgin olive oil
- To taste: salt and black pepper
This recipe can also be done with the Eco-V Assorted Peas or with the Arctic Gardens Peas Petite .
Preparation
- In a pot, brown onions and pancetta in olive oil.
- Add frozen peas, season and cover. Reduce heat and cook on low for about 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve immediately.
