Pilaf rice bites with Cajun style aioli

Ingredients
1 bag (2 kg)
Arctic Gardens Rice Pilaf
200g (3 cups) grated parmesan
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
Cajun style aioli
250mL (1 cup) mayo
60mL (1/4 cup) lemon juice
60mL (1/4 cup) hot sauce
30mL (1/8 cup) worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
1. Preheat combi oven to 350°F *(180°C)/ 0% humidity*.
2. Pour the bag of rice pilaf into an unperforated baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients while the rice is still hot, so that the cheese melts and give structure to the rice. Form the rice into 1 oz balls.
4. Preheat combi oven to 400°F (205°C) / 0% humidity (TBC).
6. Bake bites in oven until golden brown (approx. 10 minutes).
7. Prepare aioli by mixing all ingredients in a blender.
8. Serve bites with the cajun style aioli.
*Alternative cooking method: Cook rice pilaf in a pan with a lid for 10 minutes.
