Primavera turkey meatballs

Ingredients
Turkey Meatballs
- 5 lb. (2.25 kg) Ground turkey
- 2½ cups (200 g) Panko breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp. (40 g) Grated parmesan
- ½ cup (40 g) Chopped parsley
- 2½ cups (225 g) Chopped onion
- 5 tbsp. (30 g) Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. (12 g) Salt
- 1 tbsp. (2.5 g) Ground black pepper
- 40 cups (10 L) Water
Primavera Sauce
- 6 tbsp. (90 ml) Olive oil
- 1 bag (1.75 kg) Arctic Gardens Spaghetti Mix
- Four 660 ml cans (2.6L) Store-bought tomato sauce
Preparation
- Mix turkey ingredients together.
- Form into 25 g balls.
- Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, put in turkey meatballs, and simmer for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of meatballs reaches 75°C (165°F). Keep warm.
- Pour vegetable mixture for spaghetti sauce and olive oil into another saucepan, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Place four turkey meatballs on pasta and top with 100 ml of Primavera sauce.
