Pumpkin yogurt parfait with fall spices

Ingredients
- 6 c (1.5 l) Arctic Gardens pumpkin purée
- 1 c (250 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) pumpkin pie spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
- 9 c (2.25 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- Granola mix of your choice
Preparation
- In a blender, process pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, spices and Greek yoghurt. Set aside.
- Divide the pumpkin yoghurt mixture among the parfait containers. Top with granola mixture.
