Ingredients


Marinade

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Shallots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Whole dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Hot chili flakes
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix together the marinade ingredients, marinate for 30 minutes, then pass through a sieve.
  2. Add the marinade to the grilled vegetable mix. Mix well. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
  3. Sauté the marinated vegetables quickly in a very hot pan.
  4. Serve immediately.
