Ratatouille Niçoise

Ingredients
- 1 bag (1 kg) Bonduelle Gourmet Stir Fry with Grilled Vegetables
Marinade
- 1 cup (250 ml) Olive oil
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Shallots, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Whole dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Hot chili flakes
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Ground black pepper
Preparation
- Mix together the marinade ingredients, marinate for 30 minutes, then pass through a sieve.
- Add the marinade to the grilled vegetable mix. Mix well. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
- Sauté the marinated vegetables quickly in a very hot pan.
- Serve immediately.
