Ingredients
- 675 g (1½ lb) of Arctic Gardens Diced Carrots
- 675 g (1½ lb) of Arctic Gardens zucchini quarters
- 675 g (1½ lb) of Arctic Gardens Assorted Peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Scandinavian butter
- 454 g (1 lb) of unsalted butter, creamed
- 50 g (1 bunch) of dill, finely chopped
- 15 g (2 tbsp) of ground juniper berries
This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Diced Carrots .
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, incorporate dill and juniper berries to the butter.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Put butter on a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log of about 4 cm (1½ inch) in diameter. Store in the fridge.
- In a pot, melt Scandinavian butter and sauté vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper.
Note: You can steam the vegetables for 4 minutes and add butter 4 minutes before serving
