Ingredients

Scandinavian butter

  • 454 g (1 lb) of unsalted butter, creamed
  • 50 g (1 bunch) of dill, finely chopped
  • 15 g (2 tbsp) of ground juniper berries

This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Diced Carrots .

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, incorporate dill and juniper berries to the butter.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Put butter on a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log of about 4 cm (1½ inch) in diameter. Store in the fridge.
  4. In a pot, melt Scandinavian butter and sauté vegetables.
  5. Add salt and pepper.

Note: You can steam the vegetables for 4 minutes and add butter 4 minutes before serving
