This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Cut Leaf Spinach .

Preparation

  1. Thaw spinach in the fridge. Drain to remove the maximum amount of water.
  2. In a casserole dish, sauté bacon in olive oil until golden and crispy. Add onions and garlic. Cook on low heat for one minute.
  3. Incorporate Béchamel sauce and bring to a boil.
  4. Add spinach, cheese and stir well.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
