This recipe can also be done with the Arctic Gardens Peaches and Cream Corn 4x2kg .

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes and immerse in ice water. Mash and season with salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and butter.
  2. Sauté onions. Add ground beef and brown until water has almost completely evaporated and the meat is loose.
  3. Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Season.
  4. Put equal amounts of ground beef into two 2” casserole dishes to ensure even cooking.
  5. Layer equal amounts of the Sunrise vegetable mix into the two casserole dishes.
  6. Continue layering with creamed corn, then corn kernels.
  7. Finish the last and thickest layer with mashed potatoes.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  9. Garnish with shavings of butter.
  10. Bake in the oven at 180° C for about 40 minutes.

Each casserole dish yields 15 servings.
