Vegetarian Patties

Ingredients
8 cups (1.2kg)
Arctic Gardens Garden Bean blend
3 cups (300g)
Arctic Gardens broccoli cuts or broccoli bits
4 cups (740g) Cooked quinoa
4 Eggs
1/2 cup (125mL) Breadcrumbs
8 cups (2L) Grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp (10mL) Onion salt
2 tsp (10mL) Garlic salt
4 tsp (20mL) Parsley
2 tsp (10mL) Smoked paprika
1/2 cup (125mL) Nutritional yeast (optional)
Preparation
1. Cook garden bean blend and broccoli for 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Cool under cold water.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
3. Place garden bean blend, broccoli and all remaining ingredients in a blender, grind with a few pulses, do not grind completely.
4. Form into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 20-25 min*, until golden brown. Turn over halfway through.
6. Serve with sauce of your choice.
* If using a combi oven, adjust the time accordingly
