Warm spinach, artichoke and cheese dip

Ingredients
24 nuggets (700g)
Arctic Gardens spinach
, cooked and well drained (500g cooked)
3 cups (700ml) cream cheese
2 cups (500 ml) mayonnaise
4 cups (1l) gouda cheese, grated
2 cups (500 ml) marbled cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups (700ml) canned artichokes in water, drained and chopped
1 1/3 cups (320ml/160g) water chestnuts, finely diced
4 tsp (20 ml) worcestershire sauce
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, finely diced
A few drops of Tabasco, to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cups (500ml) grated mozarella cheese
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
2. Place spinach in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2-3 minutes. Drain and squeeze out as much water as possible. Set aside.
3. Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, Gouda and Cheddar cheeses in blender bowl. Mix well.
4. Transfer mixture to a bowl and add remaining ingredients, except mozarella cheese. Mix well with a spatula.
5. Transfer mixture to an ovenproof dish, top with mozzarella and bake at 400°F/200°C for 15-20 minutes.
6. Broil for a few minutes if you wish to brown the top. Serve warm with baguette, nachos and/or crudités. "
