Ingredients

  • 1 bag  (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Prince Edward Blend
  • 20 pieces (about 125 g each) Chicken breast, skinned and deboned
  • 4 cups (2 litres) Chicken broth
  • 1 Bouquet garni (bundle of fresh herbs)
  • 6 Cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 20 (0.3 g) Peppercorns

This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Prince Edward Blend 12 x 1 kg .

Preparation

  1. In a Dutch oven, place the chicken breasts, bouquet garni, cloves of garlic and peppercorns.
  2. Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
  3. Add the vegetable blend and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the chicken on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the broth.
