Garden Chicken Pot-Au-Feu

Ingredients
- 1 bag (2 kg) Arctic Gardens Prince Edward Blend
- 20 pieces (about 125 g each) Chicken breast, skinned and deboned
- 4 cups (2 litres) Chicken broth
- 1 Bouquet garni (bundle of fresh herbs)
- 6 Cloves of garlic, peeled
- 20 (0.3 g) Peppercorns
This recipe can also be done with Arctic Gardens Prince Edward Blend 12 x 1 kg .
Preparation
- In a Dutch oven, place the chicken breasts, bouquet garni, cloves of garlic and peppercorns.
- Add the chicken stock, bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour.
- Add the vegetable blend and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve the chicken on top of the vegetables and drizzle with the broth.
