Ingredients


Dressing

  • 250 ml (1 cup) of Canola oil*
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) of chopped basil
  • 3 (zest) of limes
  • 3 (zest) of oranges
  • 3 (zest) of lemons
  • To taste: salt and ground black pepper


*May be replaced with olive oil.

Preparation

  1. Prepare dressing in a mixing bowl. Add oil, basil, and citrus zest.
  2. Steam or boil vegetable cocktail mix in boiling salted water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the dressing* (at room temperature) onto the hot vegetable cocktail and mix well.


* Ratio of dressing for 25 servings of 80 g of vegetables = +/- 10g
