Sheet Pan Brussels Blend and Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients
1 bag (2 kg) of
Arctic Gardens Roasting Vegetables Brussels-Style Blend
20 salmon fillet (2,5kg)
625 mL (2 1/2 cups) of reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
625 mL (2 1/2 cups) hoisin sauce
25 mL (5 tsp) chopped garlic
25 mL (5 tsp) sesame seeds
5 sliced green onions
* Substitute chicken or tofu for the salmon, depending on your preference!
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce and garlic.
3. On lightly oiled baking sheets, lay out the Seasoned Brussel blend and cover with half of the sauce, making sure all the vegetables are well coated.
4. Cook for 10 minutes* in the oven at 450°F (230°C).
5. Add the salmon fillets and cover with the remaining sauce, cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes* depending on how well the salmon is desired.
6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add the sesame seeds and finely chopped green onion before serving.
* If you choose to use a combi oven, adjust the cooking time accordingly, approximately 10 to 15 minutes less in total cooking time.
